On-hire and off-hire survey in Angola

Under a time charter, owners and charterers need to agree how the vessel was delivered and how it came back. Shore & Sea Survey attends as an independent surveyor to record the vessel's condition and the quantity of bunkers on board at on-hire and off-hire.
